The Lambert patented modular system was founded and patented by the brilliant mind of Robert Lambert. In conjunction with Chateau, the patent was filed in 2019. Patent number 2019/02507.
The system works by fitting specially moulded concrete blocks into an angle iron structure that acts both as the framework of the unit, as well as reinforcement. Every layer of concrete blocks are strengthened by an angle iron fitting that holds the blocks in place and ensures durability.
This building method results in an exceptionally strong, rapidly built structure that leaves minimal to no rubble, and is more cost effective and timeous than conventional building methods.
A flat surface is required for construction and all finishes are included in each of our packages. Lambuilt will also take care of the water, electrical and sewage connections within 10m from unit.
